“Mozart” is coming to Shenzhen to meet all his little music lovers. “Sydney Opera House Babies Proms: Meeting Mozart” will be shown at Huaxia Art Center on Dec. 5-6.

Watch with delight as renowned pianist Simon Tedeschi assumes the persona of the musical wunderkind himself in this delightful production direct from Sydney Opera House, Australia. Led by world-class pianist Simon Tedeschi as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and vocalist Michelle Doake as Mrs. Mozart, the concert introduces young music lovers to a range of Mozart’s music, from variations on “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” to his great orchestral pieces. Also featuring a range of string instruments including violin, viola, cello and double bass, “Meeting Mozart” is a fantastic way to spark creativity in little minds for children.

Tedeschi is one of Australia’s finest musicians. In 1998 he was the winner in the ABC Symphony Australia Young Performers Awards. Doake has worked extensively as an actor, singer and voice-over artist. She is well-known on the Australian stage with theater credits including “Arcadia,” “Dead White Males,” “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” “The Merchant of Venice” and “Macbeth.” She has performed in numerous radio plays and book readings and is regularly heard on Media Watch on ABC TV. She received a Sydney Theater Critic’s Circle Award and three other Sydney awards for best actress for her performances in “Arcadia,” “Crimes of the Heart” and “Japes.”

“Meeting Mozart” has been running since 2013 and remains one of the more popular programs at Sydney Opera House. This is a fun and entertaining show for both kids and parents.
