Industrial and commercial registration charge
The fees to be charged on registration should be 0.08% of the sum of the enterprises’ registered capital; in case of registered capital exceeding 10 million Yuan, the exceeding amount shall be charged at 0.04%;; and regarding registered capital exceeding 100 million Yuan, the portion of excess is free of charge.
Capital construction
The cost of capital construction for industrial premises is about 500-1000Yuan per square meter.
