  Shenzhen is a beautiful coastal city with the awards of “Garden City”, “National Model City in the Practices of Environment Protection”, and “Excellent Tourist City in China”. Futian has won the award of “Best Townscape in Shenzhen” continuously for 5 years. Its green coverage rate is 42.18%, which amounts to 14.9 m2 per person. There are more than 70 star hotels in Futian among which there are 40 star hotels serving the foreigners. Shangri-la Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Hilton Hotel will be open soon. There’s also a golf course of international standard located in Futian. As to parks, there are National Mangrove Natural Reserve District, Lianhuashan Park, China International Garden Exhibition Park, Xiangmihu Holiday Resort, Aquarius Park, Xiasha China Folk Cultural Spot, Central Park, Bijiashan Park, Litchi Park, Huanggang Park and Meilin Park. Lianhuashan Garden famous for early spring and Shennan Avenue famous for splendor have been listed in the Shenzhen eight big tourism sites. Huaqiangbei Shopping Street has been recognized as the “National Street of Shopping Without Worry”.   Futian is also known as the “Paradise of Shopping & Cate”. The worldwide biggest retail stores such as Wal-Mart, Carrefour, Jusco, and B&O have set up their branches here. Local retailers, including Rainbow, Vanguard, Shirble, Sundan, and C-Mall, are becoming bigger and stronger. Futian also has many shops and stores of unique features. The hub of Shenzhen Metro and other 10 entrances and exits are carefully located in the central business district of Futian. Here you can find all cuisine of flavors all over China and other various western foods, such as McDonald’s, KFC, Japanese food, and Korean food.
