针对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情,广东省于1月23日启动了突发公共卫生事件一级应急响应。福田区政府高度重视,统一部署,各项疫情防控工作有序展开。为了您和家人、朋友的身体健康。在此,我们向在福田区的各位外籍人士提出如下倡议:

　　一、关注权威信息。请关注深圳政府在线英文版(网址:http://www.sz.gov.cn/en/index.html)、福田政府在线英文版(网址:http://www.szft.gov.cn/en/)、“eyeshenzhen”网站(网址:http://www.eyeshenzhen.com/),关注“深圳卫健委”、“健康福田”等官方媒体微信公众号,获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方通报及福田区救治定点医院名单和防治指引措施等信息。或致电深圳市家庭医生呼叫平台400-119-1160转2,专业医生提供服务。不信谣不传谣。

　　二、尽量减少外出。避免前往人员密集的场所,尽量避免到医院探望病人,减少聚会聚餐等集体活动,避免乘坐拥挤的公共交通工具。若必须前往,请正确佩戴口罩,首选医用外科口罩。用过的口罩不要乱丢,请集中放入塑料垃圾袋中扎紧,弃置于“有毒有害”垃圾桶内。若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状,须佩戴口罩到福田区9家发热门诊重点医院就诊。

　　三、加强自我防护。保持良好的卫生习惯,注意手卫生,勤洗手。咳嗽、打喷嚏时务必使用纸巾或肘部捂住口鼻,不随地吐痰,废弃口罩按规定规范投放。适当开窗通风,注意保持室内环境卫生。尽量避免近距离与人面对面的交流,避免接触有咳嗽等上呼吸道症状的人员;避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物,肉类和蛋类请彻底煮熟后食用。

　　四、参与联防联控。如果您近期曾到访过疫情高发地区,或最近接触过疫情高发地区的来深人员,应当立即向属地社区报告和登记,请如实记录好相关信息:抵达深圳(福田)的时间、车次(或车牌、航班号)、座位号;近期(抵达深圳后14日内)每日的大致活动范围和接触人员情况,积极配合社区工作人员,主动居家医学观察14天。如果有政府、社区工作人员、医务人员询问您的情况,请您积极配合他们的工作。

　　A Letter to Expats in Futian District

　　Dear Friends,

　　Due to the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Guangdong Province launched the highest level (level one) public health emergency response on January 23. Futian District Government?has attached great importance to and made comprehensive arrangements on prevention and control to contain the spread of the virus. For the health of you, your family and friends, we propose the following practices to all expats in Futian District:

　　I. Follow the latest updates on the epidemic through official channels. Please follow the official website of Shenzhen Government Online (http://www.sz.gov.cn/en/index.html), the official website of Futian Government Online (http://www.szft.gov.cn/en/), the official website of “eyeshenzhen” (http://www.eyeshenzhen.com/) and follow the official WeChat account of Shenzhen Health Commission (WeChat ID: szwjwwx) and the official WeChat account of Futian District Health Bureau (WeChat ID: ftjkjydyh) to get updated information on the epidemic, the list of designated hospitals for treating the pneumonia in Futian District, and guidelines on prevention and control of the epidemic. To seek advice of a doctor, please call 400-119-1160 ext. 2. Please do not believe or spread rumors.

　　II. Minimize outdoor activities. Avoid going to crowded places, try to avoid visiting patients in hospitals, reduce group activities such as parties, and avoid crowded public transport. Please wear a face mask (preferably a surgical mask) appropriately whenever you have to go out. Do not litter used masks. Please put them in plastic garbage bags and fasten them tightly. Dispose of them in garbage bins for toxic and harmful garbage. If you show any symptom of fever, cough, shortness of breath and fatigue, wear a mask and seek medical care right away at a fever clinic in any one of 9 designated hospitals in Futian District.

　　III. Strengthen self-protection. Maintain good personal hygiene, and wash hands as often as needed. Be sure to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Do not spit. Dispose of masks according to the regulations. Open windows and keep indoor environment ventilated and clean. Try to avoid close face-to-face communication with people, and avoid contact with persons suffering cough and other upper respiratory symptoms. Avoid contact with any wildlife or poultry. Cook meat and eggs thoroughly before consumption.

　　IV.?Join in our mass preventive?and control efforts. If you have recently been to?infected areas?or had contact with people from these areas, please report to your community work station,?and note your time of arrival in Shenzhen (Futian), the transport you took, your seat number, the areas you have been to and people you had contact with over the past 14 days. Pay close attention to your health status and stay at home for 14 days for medical observation.?Please cooperate with government,?community or medical personnel if they inquire about your?information.
