Most concentrated educational resources: Futian has 293 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, including Shenzhen’s four prestigious schools, to create six education groups.

Most abundant business supporting facilities: It has 20 commercial complexes with an area of over 50,000 square meters, accounting for 14% of the city's total, and boasts the highest concentration of star hotels in the city.

Most extensive parks and green spaces: Futian’s 135 parks form a "500-meter-radius circle of parks," with an average of 1.7 parks per square kilometer.
