Futian has a sound policy system and the district annually upgrades the "1+9+N" industrial policies for high-quality development, allocating around 2 billion yuan in industrial funds.
The policies include one implementation plan, nine management measures and general policies, and numerous industry-specific measures and integrate funding, space, talent, housing and other resources to provide comprehensive support for enterprises.
Futian has also established the Futian Guiding Fund and participated in subsidiary funds with a total scale of 151 billion yuan to guide social capital towards high-quality enterprises in the district.
Futian has provided efficient government services and the district pioneered the implementation of a credit-based approval system in Shenzhen and achieved the 24/7 instant self-service issuance of business licenses and free seals. Futian has established the city's first integrated government service center -- "e Station Tong," enabling one-stop cross-border services between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
Futian has also adopted a "one-on-one" service model and government service commissioner mechanism to provide targeted services to over 5,000 enterprises.
A block-linked, coordinated and synergistic enterprise service system has been adopted, creating a work pattern of "one visit, multiple services."
