The first phase of the International Biomedical Industrial Park.

The International Biomedical Industrial Park is located on No. 1 Haihong Road in the Futian Bonded Area. It is the first biomedical industrial park in the Hetao cooperation zone.

The industrial park focuses on the development of international clinical research and training centers, biomedical R&D service centers and medical and pharmaceutical enterprise incubation centers.

The first phase of the biomedical industrial park has a total floor space of 31,000 square meters, and it is intended to become a first-class biomedical industrial park integrating government, production, university and research functions with a complete industrial chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

At present, entities including the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen Futian Biomedical Innovation R&D Center, Shenzhen United Imaging High-end Medical Equipment Innovation Research Institute, and other high-end biomedical projects are based in the park.

The second phase of the International Biomedical Industrial Park.

Located on the north side of Taohua Road and to the east of Hongliu Road and adjacent to the project’s first phase, the second phase of the park has a total floor area of about 68,000 square meters. It is designed as an industrial park specializing in biomedicine.

The park offers intelligent operation and intelligent planning that is updated 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is equipped with platforms for energy efficiency management, digital twin, and other intelligent operations with real-time data monitoring and three-dimensional visualization of risks, enabling visual, digital, intelligent, humanized and innovative management of the intelligent park powered by the Internet of Things.

At present, entities including XtalPi Inc., Shenzhen United Imaging High-end Medical Equipment Innovation Research Institute and other top-of-the-line scientific research institutes are based in the park.
