The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Open Innovation Center.

Located on the east side of the intersection of Honghua, Ruixiang and Zijing roads in the Futian Bonded Area, the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Open Innovation Center has a total floor area of about 210,000 square meters, covering 26,000 square meters of land including about1 51,000 square meters for industrial R&D, sufficient to house 58,000 square meters of dry labs and 67,000 square meters of wet labs.

The center integrates science and technology research and development, laboratories and other supportive facilities to serve as a science innovation resources cluster.

It is part of a key project of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone and has been implemented to achieve the primary goals of "global vision, international standards and high positioning."
