The State Assets and SOEs Innovation Center.

Located at No. 3 Taohua Road in the Futian Bonded Area, the State Assets and SOEs Innovation Center covers 13,000 square meters and has a floor space of 40,000 square meters. The project borders the Shenzhen River and faces the Mai Po Wet land Nature Reserve across the river.

The center is equipped with shared office spaces for super computing, roadshow hubs, shared conference rooms and laboratories, multi-cuisine canteens and fitness facilities to create a balanced life and work environment.  

The center serves as a platform that brings innovative resources together, a driving force that creates and enhances industrial chains, and a benchmark for cooperation between SOEs directly under the Central Government and the Shenzhen city government.
