The Xiangmihu Subdistrict has its administration territory spanning from the Xiangmei Road in the east to the Qiaocheng Road East in the west, and from the Shennan Boulevard in the south to the Beihuan Boulevard in the north.

Covering an area of 9.57 square kilometers, Xiangmihu has a total population of about 216,000, including 997 foreigners from 47 countries such as South Korea, Britain and the United States, and 5,548 people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
