Manage, supervise, and guide legal aids offices, lawyers, and notary offices, and handle business of law firms. Formulate overall plans for the development of legal services, and exercise macro-control over the legal service market.

Participate in comprehensive governance of social security. Organize, coordinate, guide, urge, and check community rectification and management in the district. Improve and deploy assistance and education networks.
