Coordinate the relationship among leaders of the CPC District Committee, District Government, district departments, and relevant units, fully play the role of a bridge, and ensure smooth communication of government decrees.

Arrange, organize, and coordinate conferences of the CPC District Committee and District Government, government affairs of district leaders, and large-scale district activities. Draft or review meeting minutes.

Check and supervise the implementation of fundamental policies and deployment by central, provincial, and municipal governments. Supervise and handle issues approved and decided on by leaders of CPC District Committee and District Government.
