Vice District Mayor of the Futian District People’s Government 

Biography

Wen Wei, a male of Han ethnicity and member of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party, was born in June 1968. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering.

Responsibilities 

Mr Wen oversees the work of the Water Athority of Futian District. He is also in charge of the management of the district’s urban planning and natural resources, the planning and construction of major infrastructure projects in transport, and comprehensive transportation management, as well as the work of food and drug supervision. 

He liaises with the Futian Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipal Urban Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, the Futian Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau, the Futian Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipal Transport Buearu, the Futian Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision and Regulation Bureau, the Futian Brigade of the Traffic Police Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, as well as postal service and tobacco monopoly.
