Biography

Yuan Ying, a female of Han ethnicity and a member of the CPC, was born in May 1984. She holes a bachelor's degree in engineering.

Responsibilities

Ms Yuan is in charge of Futian’s human resources bureau, culture, radio, television, tourism and sports bureau, health bureau (disease prevention and control bureau) and property center. She also oversees financial work in the district and liaises with the bureau of ethnic and religious affairs, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao affairs bureau, overseas Chinese affairs bureau, overseas Chinese federation, chamber of commerce and industry (general chamber of commerce), public cultural and sports center, federation of trade unions, youth league committee, women's federation, municipal medical insurance bureau Futian branch, municipal social security bureau Futian branch, and financial institutions based in Futian.
