Biography

Feng Rui, a male of Han ethnicity, is a member of the CPC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law.

Responsibilities

As the director of the Futian District Dynamic Urban Area Construction Affairs Center, Feng also oversees Futian’s civil affairs bureau, judicial bureau, veterans affairs bureau, urban management and comprehensive law enforcement bureau, public complaints and proposals bureau, district government offices administration, development research center and disabled persons' federation. Additionally, he is also in charge of liaising with the people's armed forces and the stationed military and police units in Futian.
