Feng Rui, a male of Han ethnicity, is a member of the CPC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the following district-level departments and bureaus: District Bureau of Civil Affairs, District Bureau of Justice, District Bureau of Housing and Construction (also titled District Bureau of Urban Renewal and Land Preparation), District Bureau of Veterans Affairs, District Bureau of Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement, District Bureau of Letters and Visits (Petitions), District Center for Key Area Development, District Disabled Persons' Federation; Liaison with the following municipal organizations and military/police units: Municipal Office of Rail Transit, Metro Group Co. Ltd., Municipal Public Housing Group Co. Ltd., District People's Armed Forces Department, and the military, armed police, and police units stationed in the district.
