Biography

Feng Rui, a male of Han ethnicity, is a member of the CPC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law.

Responsibilities

He is responsible for overseeing the work of Futian’s justice bureau, housing and construction bureau (the urban renewal and land preparation bureau), letters and visits (petitions) bureau, construction and engineering service center, key area development center, and planning and natural resources bureau. He maintains liaison with the Futian management bureau of the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, the city’s rail transit office, Shenzhen Metro Group and the Municipal Public Housing Group Co. Ltd.
