Biography

Liu Qian, female, of Han ethnicity, was born in November 1984. She holds a postgraduate degree and a master’s degree in economics. She is a member of the CPC.

Responsibilities

Liu Qian is in charge of Futian’s commerce bureau, culture, radio, television, tourism and sports bureau and investment promotion bureau. She oversees financial affairs and maintains contact with the district public cultural and sports center, Futian’s federation of trade unions, committee of the Communist Youth League, and women’s federation, as well as financial institutions, customs authorities and exit-entry border inspection authorities stationed in the district.
