Biography

Cai Xiao, a male of Han ethnicity, was born in November 1976. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law. He is a member of the CPC.

Responsibilities

Cai Xiao is in charge of Futian’s justice bureau, urban management and comprehensive law enforcement bureau and letters and visits bureau. He is responsible for the planning and construction of major transportation infrastructure and integrated transportation management, and maintains contact with the Futian Management Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipal Transport Bureau and postal authorities.
