Biography

Li Dayang, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in March 1975. He holds an in-service postgraduate degree and a master’s degree in architecture. He is a member of the CPC.

Responsibilities

Mr. Li is in charge of Futian’s housing and construction bureau (the urban renewal and land preparation bureau), construction and public works bureau, and key area development center. He is responsible for urban planning and natural resources management in the district, and maintains contact with the Futian Management Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, the municipal rail transit office, Shenzhen Metro Group and the Municipal Public Housing Group.
