Biography

Hu Jinmin, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in November 1974. He holds a postgraduate degree and a master’s degree in management. He is a member of China Association for Promoting Democracy.

Responsibilities

Mr. Hu oversees Futian’s water authority, the district’s health bureau (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) and the disabled persons’ federation. He also assists Feng Rui in overseeing the statistics bureau and maintains contact with the Futian Bureau of the Futian Management Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau and the Futian Branch of the Shenzhen Municipal Healthcare Security Administration.
