Biography 

Huang Weineng, a male of Han ethnicity, was born in April 1973, and is a member of the CPC. He holds a bachelor's degree in law. 

Responsibilities

Mr. Huang concurrently serves as the director of the Futian Branch of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, and is responsible for public security work. He also maintains contact with the Futian Brigade of the Traffic Management Police Detachment of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau.
