Biography 

Feng Rui, a male of Han ethnicity, is a member of the CPC. He holds a bachelor's degree in law.

Responsibilities

Mr. Feng assists Chen Huaping with the day-to-day work of the Futian District Government. He is also responsible for overseeing the work of Futian’s development and reform bureau (Futian District National Defense Mobilization Office <civil air defense office>), finance bureau (State-owned assets supervision and administration bureau, collective assets management bureau), emergency management bureau, statistics bureau and State treasury payment center. He also assists in the administration of the audit bureau. He maintains liaison with the fire-fighting and rescue battalion and the Futian offices for taxation, power supply and meteorological services.
