Acceptance requirements
A branch of a foreign-invested partnership company may register an alteration when all of the following conditions are met:
1. There is an alteration in the branch’s registration items;
2. A decision on alteration has been made by the parent partnership of the branch in accordance with the law; and
3. Where an alteration in the branch’s registration items must be reported for approval in accordance with the law, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, and has been approved by the relevant licensing authorities.
