The commercial zone of the CBD has four big malls -- One Avenue, Wongtee Plaza, Central Walk and Coco Park -- and an underground commercial street linking Central Walk and Coco Park.

One Avenue

One Avenue, officially opened to the public Sept. 12, 2019, is a large-scale commercial complex located in Gangxiabei, Futian District. It has a flagship commercial area covering 28,600 square meters and an 800-meter-long Central Street that runs through four malls, two independent buildings, and 16 public spaces and cultural centers.

Connecting Coco Park with Central Walk, Link City Underground Commercial Street is a comfortable shelter from the burning sunshine in the summer.
