Short-term residential services for talent
The Futian Youth Hostel provides accommodation services with apartment-style living for up to five days. It is designed for youth from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, young returnees, overseas youth, and other talents visiting Futian for innovation and entrepreneurship activities. Additionally, recent graduates may enjoy up to seven days of complimentary accommodation.

Support for the settlement of new youth talent
Newly introduced doctoral graduates aged 35 and below who are registered in Shenzhen, as well as doctoral graduates aged 35 and below from overseas including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan working in Shenzhen for the first time, may apply for a living allowance of 100,000 yuan (US$13,862). Applications should be submitted to the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Department.

Support for part-time doctoral degree students
Scientific research professionals and engineering and technical talents employed by science and technology-based SMEs in Futian are encouraged to pursue doctoral degrees in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and math) at reputable universities while remaining employed. Applications must be submitted by the employer. Upon successful completion of their degrees, individuals will receive a one-time financial award of 100,000 yuan.

Housing support is provided at Talent Hostels serving as innovation and entrepreneurship platforms for youth from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Internship subsidies are offered in accordance with the standards for college student internship bases in Futian. Professional service organizations are supported in delivering comprehensive innovation ecosystem services, including entrepreneurial team introductions, resource matchmaking, financing assistance, and event organization. Funding of up to 300,000 yuan per event is available for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, exchange programs, and promotional activities targeting youth from these regions.
