Fifteen lion dance teams will compete against each other and the winner will be crowned the “Lion King” in an event to be held in Futian on June 22.

It is a traditional event where lion dance teams showcase their skills and involve elaborate and acrobatic lion dance performances, with teams demonstrating their agility, synchronicity and creativity in choreography.

The event is not only a display of cultural heritage, but also a lively and festive celebration.
