Dazzling ceramic artifacts from the Mediterranean coast, West Asia, South Asia, and Southeast Asia are on display at Shenzhen Museum’s History and Folk Culture Division until Aug. 31. You will see distinctive pieces featuring unusual shapes and intricate patterns.
Meanwhile, another exhibition, running until Oct. 8 at the museum’s Ancient Art Division, showcases colorful pottery, sculptures, bronzeware, ceramics, and glassware from Puglia, Italy.

Oscar-winning artist Tim Yip has created “Mirror Garden,” a captivating exhibition at the Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning (MOCAUP) running until Sept. 7. Visitors can experience Yip’s visually stunning installations, videos, sketches, photographs, and garments, all expressing his distinctive “New Orientalism” aesthetic.
