Nickelodeon will present its “Dora the Explorer: Dora’s Pirate Adventure” in late July at the Shenzhen Poly Theater.

“Dora the Explorer” fans will delight in this song and dance spectacle. The stage work is designed to teach children to explore, communicate, overcome obstacles, solve puzzles and discover a diverse and exciting world, all while having fun. Join Dora and the rest of her friends in the adventure as they embark on an exciting trip to Treasure Island in search of the ultimate pirate party. Help them navigate over Dancing Mountain and through Silly Singing Bridge in pursuit of the Pirate Piggies. Along the way, “Dora the Explorer” fans will use their map-reading, counting, musical and language skills to successfully help Dora reach Treasure Island and avoid that pesky fox Swiper.

One of Nickelodeon’s most beloved cartoon series, “Dora the Explorer” is a U.S. educational animated TV series.

It centers around Dora, a U.S. girl of Mexican heritage, with a love of embarking on quests related to an activity that she wants to partake in or a place that she wants to go to, accompanied by her talking purple backpack and monkey companion named Boots (named for his red boots).
