To further promote the in Chinese mainland “Cross-border Handling” of government affairs services, make government affairs services in Shenzhen and Hong Kong more convenient, and improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of enterprises and citizens in cross-border affair handling, on June 14, we officially started to use “Cross-border Handling” self-service machine and “iAM Smart” self-service registration station in the e-Station Comprehensive Service Center in Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (1-8 Shihua Road, Futian Free Trade Zone), so that enterprises and citizens could apply for government affairs services of Hong Kong without going to Hong Kong.

The “Cross-border Handling” self-service machine provides 68 government affairs services to 11 government administrations, departments, and related organizations, such as tax, company registration, inquiry and registration of property and vehicle, personal certificate documents and entry application of talents, welfare and education, medical treatment and health, entry and exit inspection and emergency assistance, and culture and tourism.
