The opening features a significant upgrade in commercial offerings, product mix, brand identity, and operational approach, signaling a revitalized boost to the commercial vitality of Futian District.

Jointly developed by China Resources MixC Lifestyle Services Ltd. and Ping An Real Estate, PA MALL is the first landmark commercial project in Shenzhen under this partnership. Since June 2023, it has undergone a facelift and now hosts Michelin and Black Pearl-starred restaurants, a curated international light luxury retail lineup, trendy sports brands, and immersive art experiences.

A new, open, cross-street pedestrian bridge has been built, creating additional commercial space above the street and enhancing connectivity throughout the mall.

The mall hosts stores from approximately 130 new brands, 60% of which are first stores. The brands span international trendy luxury, premium beauty, performance sportswear, and popular dining categories.

International light luxury brands include Vivienne Westwood, Theory, and Polo by Ralph Lauren, among others. The mall has also welcomed flagship and pop-up stores of highly sought-after emerging designer brands like COTEMP and Ann Andelman.
