A curated showcase of 174 cutting-edge products from 69 homegrown tech firms opens today at the Shenzhen Industrial Museum in Futian’s Civic Center.
Highlights include RoboSense’s fully solid-state digital LiDAR for robots, a world first; Chasing Shenzhen’s AI-propelled omnidirectional underwater drone, capable of holding its position in strong currents; Aurzen’s triple-folding portable projector, which was a highlight at this year's International Consumer Electronics Show; and Robosen’s transforming Megatron toy, which earned a retweet by Elon Musk on X.
The exhibition brings together Shenzhen-made innovations across robotics, artificial intelligence, the low-altitude economy, ultra-high-definition displays, outdoor sports, medical health, home entertainment, and smart office.
Four dedicated scenario zones — Robotics, Outdoor Sports, Home Entertainment, and Modern Office — have been created to bring these breakthroughs to life.
The exhibition has teamed up with the popular national-level intellectual property (IP) “I’m Not Fat Tiger” to create a life-size “Fat Tiger” statue and showcase Shenzhen-built props from blockbuster "The Wandering Earth," including the beloved “Ben-Ben” robotic dog and its laser rifle.
Born from cartoonist Ma Qianli’s (a.k.a. Bu Er Ma) chubby, wide-eyed Siberian tiger, the officially registered national IP "I am not Fat Tiger’” has evolved from a viral meme into a merchandising juggernaut and landmark case in Chinese IP protection.
Chen Rongbing, director of the Shenzhen Industrial Museum, stresses that nothing on display is a mere concept. “Each product is already in mass production, defining new benchmarks in its sector and generating blockbuster sales worldwide. Presented side by side, they crystallize the magnetic appeal of ‘Created in Shenzhen.’”
