The countdown has begun for the 19th China Brand Festival, a landmark event set to take place in Futian District next month. It was announced on July 13 during a press conference at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.
The 2025 China Brand Festival will focus on the convergence of artificial intelligence and international brand expansion, aiming to accelerate breakthroughs for Chinese brands and drive them to the global stage. It is scheduled to run from Aug. 7 to 11 at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District.
Wang Yong, chairman of the China Brand Festival and president of the Brand Alliance, said, “AI acts as a ‘super-speed engine’ that rewrites the rules, reshapes product logic, disrupts supply chains, and reinvents the global user experience. Meanwhile, ‘going global’ opens a vast universe of opportunities, offering Chinese brands a golden window to evolve from ‘local champions’ to ‘world-renowned emblems.’”
Liu Kunming, executive secretary-general of the China Brand Festival and vice president of the Brand Alliance, unveiled the event layout and presented an overview of the festival’s history, values, program framework, and participation details during the conference.
The 2025 festival will feature a grand opening ceremony with 10,000 attendees, nine major events, 50 parallel forums, and 50 brand launches over five days. It will also include eight masterclasses led by industry experts.
Over 10 authoritative ranking lists will be published, including TopBrand 2025 China Brand Festival Huapu Awards, TopBrand 2025 China Brand 500, TopBrand 2025 World Brand 500, TopBrand 2025 China Top 10 Female Brands, TopBrand 2025 China Top 100 Global Brands, and TopBrand 2025 China AI Brands 100.
For the first time, the festival will closely integrate with the China Brand Festival Women’s Forum. Zhang Huifen, president of Shenzhen Women Entrepreneurship Promotion Association, said that the 18th forum will spotlight more outstanding female executives, brands, and stories, establishing them as iconic benchmark brands and advancing greater recognition of Chinese women.
This edition marks the first time the China Brand Festival will be held in Shenzhen. Since its founding in 2007, the festival has been held annually on Aug. 8 in major Chinese cities such as Beijing, Chengdu, Wuhan, Changsha, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou.
