Magic festival kicks off

A magician performs at the opening ceremony of International Magic Festival at Shenzhen Children’s Palace in Futian District yesterday. One of the cultural feasts on the city’s 2019 culture menu, the festival features 10 activities to be held across the city through Feb. 26. World famed magicians from home and abroad, including Austria, Japan, the Netherlands and Italy, have been invited to perform at the Children’s Palace on Feb. 25 and Nanshan District Cultural and Sports Center on Feb. 26.
