A traffic police officer with “a big belly” is on duty at the intersection of Lianhua and Xinzhou roads in Futian District on Sept. 13. The police officer is actually wearing a new uniform that has two tiny electric fans installed in the back (Inset). The fans can cool down police officers while they wear long-sleeved uniforms.
