A new minigarden has been opened at Bijia Hill Park. The 1,000 square-meter garden has more than 90 plant species with “fun” features, such as plants enjoying eating insects, plants growing just inhaling air and flowers that can change colors. The plants were selected by the city’s park administration center from a book introducing Shenzhen’s plant species. The city is home to over 2,000 plant species, with 1,206 parks having been built.
