　　一、使用电子支付

　　I. Use E-payments

　　准备工作：接入网络、准备好智能手机（支持境外手机号，需要接收短信验证码）、身份证件（护照等）、银行卡（支持境外银行卡，Visa、Master等）。

　　Preparations: Connect to the internet and prepare a smart phone (for the purpose of receiving SMS verification code an overseas mobile phone number is acceptable), your ID documents (e.g., a passport), and your bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). 

　　（一）开通微信支付操作方法

　　(I) How to Enable WeChat Pay

　　步骤一：

　　在手机应用商店（苹果手机APP Store、安卓手机应用市场）或通过网页（https://www.wechat.com/en/）下载微信APP，使用手机号注册账号。

　　Step 1: 

　　Download the WeChat App via the app store on your mobile device (i.e., the App Store for iPhones or Android phones) or via the WeChat website (https://www.wechat.com/en/). Then sign up using your mobile phone number.

　　特别提示：用境外手机号注册微信更方便，可绑定境外银行卡，但要确保境外手机号可接收注册验证短信哦

　　Note: It is more convenient to register your WeChat account using an overseas mobile phone number because this enables you to easily add an overseas bank card. But make sure that the overseas mobile phone number can receive SMS (i.e., a text message) for registration verification.

　　步骤二：

　　找到微信支付入口绑定银行卡。

　　Step 2: 

　　Find the WeChat Pay interface and add your bank card. 

　　若找不到微信支付入口，可通过以下方式启用。

　　If you cannot find the WeChat Pay interface, you can enable it through one of the following methods.

　　在“钱包”内，点击“添加银行卡”，进入身份信息填写及绑定外卡流程。用户同意服务协议等后进入下一步，按照页面操作填写或勾选身份信息，继续点击“下一步”添加外卡，按照提示操作，即可以完成开通。

　　On the Wallet interface, tap Add Bank Card to start the process of filling in your identity information and adding your bank card. Tap to agree to the Service Agreement, then fill in or tick the identity information according to the prompts. Finally, tap Next to add your bank card and follow on-page prompts to complete the process.

　　特别提示：是否可绑境外银行卡，取决于提交的身份信息是否境外。若用境外手机号注册微信，提交境外身份信息，即可绑定境外银行卡。若用境内手机号注册微信，系统会默认为是境内人士而推送提交境内身份信息的选择，很多外籍朋友因此以为只能绑境内银行卡，但其实只要提交了境外身份信息，仍可绑定境外银行卡。

　　Note: Whether an overseas bank card can be added depends on whether the identity information submitted is overseas information. If you register WeChat account with your overseas mobile phone number and submit your overseas identity information, you can add your overseas bank card. If you register your WeChat account with a Chinese mobile phone number, the system will regard you as a Chinese national by default and ask you to submit identity information as a Chinese citizen. Because of this, many foreign visitors think that they can only add a Chinese bank card. In fact, as long as you submit your identity information as a foreign citizen, you can also add an overseas bank card.

　　步骤三：

　　使用微信支付打开付款码或者扫码付款，点击微信主页面右上角-“扫一扫”或者“收付款”完成支付。

　　Step 3: 

       Present the payment code or scan the QR code to pay through WeChat Pay. On the top right corner of the main interface of WeChat, tap Scan or Money to complete the payment. 

　　（二）开通支付宝支付

　　(II) How to Enable Alipay Payments

　　步骤一：

　　在手机应用商店（苹果手机APP Store、安卓手机应用市场）下载支付宝APP，使用手机号注册账号。

　　Step 1: 

　　Download the Alipay App via the app store on your mobile device (i.e., the App Store for iPhones or Android phones) or via the Alipay website . Next, sign up with your mobile phone number.

　　步骤二：

　　绑定银行卡。

　　Step 2:

　　Add your bank card.

　　步骤三：

　　扫码支付。

　　Step 3: 

　　Scan a QR code to pay. 

　　二、如果你想拥有一张境内银行卡

　　II. If you want to use a Chinese bank card

　　虽然电子支付无需绑定境内银行卡，但也可以办一张境内银行卡来刷卡付款哦！外籍朋友可带着以下资料，本人来银行柜台办理。

　　Although it is not necessary to add a Chinese bank card to make electronic payments, you can apply for a Chinese bank card and make payments by swiping your card! Foreign visitors can bring the following documents to the bank counter to apply for a Chinese bank card. 

　　步骤一：

　　准备好有效证件，包括护照、港澳居民来往内地通行证、台湾居民来往大陆通行证、港澳台居住证、外国人永久居住证等。

　　Step 1: Bring a valid ID document, such as your passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, or Permanent Residence Permit for Foreigners.

　　若提供外国护照作为有效证件，要注意签证类型哦！

　　If you provide a foreign passport as your ID document, please pay attention to the visa type.

　　签证类型为“长期签证类型”，可以直接开立账户。外国护照长期签证类型有以下：D（定居）、J１（常驻记者）、M（贸易）、Q1（长期探亲）、R（人才）、S1（长期私人事务）、X1（长期学习）、Z（任职就业）、VF免签。

　　With a long-term visa, the bank account can be directly applied for. Types of long-term visas are as follows: D (permanent residence), J1 (long-term journalist), M (trade), Q1 (long-term family visit), R (talent), S1 (long-term private matter), X1 (long-term study), Z (work), and VF (visa-free).

　　签证类型为“短期签证类型”，还需提供“外国人居留许可证”。短期护照签证类型如下：C（乘务）、F（访问）、G（过境）、J2（临时记者）、L（旅游）、Q2（短期探亲）、S2（短期私人事务）、X2（短期学习）。

　　With a short-term visa, a Foreigner’s Residence Permit is required. Types of short-term visas are as follows: C (crew), F (visit), G (transit), J2 (short-term journalist), L (tourism), Q2 (short-term family visit), S2 (short-term private matter), and X2 (short-term study). 

　　步骤二：

　　提供境内或境外手机号，可联系上即可。

　　Step 2: 

　　Provide a Chinese or overseas mobile phone number as your contact number. 

　　步骤三：

　　提供联系地址，酒店住址或居住住址均可。

　　Step 3: 

　　Provide a contact address. This can be either a hotel address or a residential address.
