1.涉外法律咨询服务：根据需求安排国际及港澳籍调解员为当事人的商事纠纷提供前期法律咨询（包括但不限于类案检索、跨境商事争议解决建议）；

Our services include but are not limited to conducting analogous case research and proposing strategies for the resolution of cross-border commercial conflicts.

2.跨境商事调解服务：在跨境经济贸易、知识产权保护、公司法务、海商海事、金融投资、建筑工程等方面重点配备优质法律力量，为境外商事争议提供商事调解服务；

2.Cross-border commercial mediation services: Our center is committed to mobilizing elite legal expertise in areas such as international trade, intellectual property rights, corporate law, maritime issues, financial investments, and construction projects. 3.法律翻译服务：提供多语种的法律翻译服务（英语、德语、日语、韩语、法语、葡萄牙语、西班牙语、阿拉伯语）。

4.仲裁对接服务：调解成功的，可根据当事人需求向仲裁机构申请仲裁裁决书，赋予调解协议强制执行力。调解不成的，当事人可在窗口完成仲裁立案材料的递交；

4.Arbitration matchmaking service: Parties that reach a successful mediation outcome may request an arbitration award from the relevant institution, thereby granting legal force to the mediation agreement. In cases where mediation does not yield a resolution, parties are encouraged and assisted to submit their arbitration application materials through our designated service window.

5.其他涉外配套法律服务：域外法律查明、资产评估、司法鉴定等。
