Mexican scholar Francisco Alejandro Leyva Aguilar recently visited Shenzhen with a delegation of journalists from Latin American countries. According to him, Shenzhen is not only a cradle of technology, but also a model that other cities around the world can learn from. There is no city better suited than Shenzhen to host APEC.
